Registered Training Organisation ยท RTO 32398

Nationally recognised trade training, built around the work you already do.

We assess the skills you already use on the job and train what is missing, so you earn a nationally recognised qualification without repeating work you can already do.

How we work

We assess the work you actually do.

Much of our training and assessment is delivered in your own workplace, with practical activities in real industry settings, so you can be assessed on your own tools and your own jobs. Delivery mode varies by qualification and is confirmed in writing before you enrol.

Assessed on real work

Where assessment takes place on site, your assessor observes you performing the tasks relevant to the units being assessed. You are briefed beforehand so you can plan those activities for the visit.

Your experience counts

Through recognition of prior learning, an assessor reviews evidence of skills you already have and judges it against the training package. It is assessment, not a shortcut.

Three attempts included

You get three opportunities for training and re-assessment at no extra cost. The initial assessment counts as one, leaving two further attempts if you are not competent first time.

The process

What happens after you enquire.

Timeframes depend on your experience, the qualification and the evidence available in your workplace. Any timeframe we give you is indicative. We do not promise a fixed completion date.

You tell us what you do

We talk through your trade, how long you have been doing it, and what your employer needs. We confirm which qualification on our scope actually fits your role.

Pre-enrolment check

We complete a skills, language, literacy, numeracy and digital proficiency check so we know what support you will need. This happens before you enrol.

You get everything in writing

Before you enrol and before you pay anything, we give you written detail of the training, all fees and charges, our refund policy, the support available and your obligations.

Evidence and assessment

Written knowledge assessment, research tasks, case studies, a workplace logbook, a short supervisor interview, and direct observation by your assessor.

Gap training where you need it

Where assessment shows a gap, we train to close it. Where it shows competence, you are not asked to repeat it.

Certification

On successful completion of all requirements, All Trades and Compliance issues your nationally recognised qualification. You need a Unique Student Identifier before we can issue it.

For employers

Qualify your team without pulling them off the tools.

We can train and assess your workers in your own workplace, around your schedule, against the qualifications your business actually needs, with minimal disruption to production.
